Delivery Times and Shipping Information

• Delivery time information is synchronized in real time with our inventory management system and is therefore always as up-to-date as possible
• Prompt transmission of the tracking number and status updates for your order in your customer account
• We ship our parcels with our premium service providers DHL and DPD. Our freight shipments are sent with our partners Dachser, Hellmann, DB-Schenker, as well as Kühne + Nagel
• In case of short-term unavailability in our own warehouse, we will, if possible, ship your order through one of our dropshipping partners

Shipping Time Information in the Online Shop

Shipping Time 2-5 Business Days

Parcel Shipments

Items marked with a shipping time of 2-5 business days are available in one of our warehouses and ready for immediate dispatch. As soon as your order has been packed in the warehouse, you will automatically receive a tracking number to track your shipment.

As a rule, parcel shipments can be delivered by the shipping service provider within 1-3 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Freight Shipments

For pallet goods in stock, shipping usually takes place within 2 - 5 business days (Mon-Fri). An email address or phone number is mandatory for freight shipping; please always provide this when ordering larger products. Only in this way can shipping within the specified time frame be guaranteed. Please note that freight deliveries are sometimes assigned to local subcontractors and these companies are not obliged to coordinate delivery dates.

If the customer is easily reachable, the shipment can usually be delivered within Germany within 1 to 3 business days. For freight shipments to other EU countries, 3-10 business days must be expected.

Shipping Time 8 - 12 Business Days or Longer

Items marked with a shipping time of 8 - 12 business days are currently on their way to us or are available at the manufacturer ready to be called off. The time from order to dispatch is usually 48 hours, exceptions are possible.

Currently Not Available

Items marked as „Currently not available" are not deliverable at the moment. As a rule, an availability date is displayed for these products in the shop and, if possible, items can be pre-ordered. Otherwise, please contact us via email for a pre-order.
