Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, France, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Monaco, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Sweden.

* up to a maximum total shipment weight of 30 kg – above 30 kg delivery is made by freight forwarding / maximum weight per single item: 30 kg in Germany and Austria and 29 kg for other countries. Parcel shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders over 250 €.

** Import VAT and customs duties in the destination country will be charged to the recipient by the carrier and are not included in the shipping costs.

*** Shipping up to 450 kg – additional country-specific shipping costs will be charged for each weight threshold of 450 kg.

**** For goods with a value of 1,000 EUR or more an export accompanying document is required, therefore additional shipping costs of 45 € will apply.

For shipping to Malta, Iceland, Ireland, Cyprus or other countries not listed here, please contact us directly.

Please note that the costs for a second delivery attempt for freight shipments will not be covered by us. Freight costs plus return transport will also be charged if acceptance of delivery is refused.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–3 days, and for international deliveries within 2–7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
