The NGX-1 is an intelligent multifunction gateway that combines the performance of our two previous products (NGT-1 and NGW-1) in an inexpensive and flexible product.
Full control and visibility of your ship data with the NGX-1;
- Display of all NMEA 2000 network data on the ActiSense NMEA Reader. The device supports every available PGN in the NMEA 2000 standard.
- Consider converted NMEA 0183 data on the actiensense NMEA Reader. The device has the largest conversion library of all gateways.
- Easy connection to a variety of PC applications via the NGX-1, such as Timeezero (NMEA 2000) and OpenCPN (NMEA 0183).
- Configure the ActiSense EMU-1, NGW-1 and NGX-1 via the ActiSense Toolkit with an NGX-1.
- Connect old NMEA 0183 instruments to new NMEA 2000 networks and reduce the upgrading costs.
The NGX-1 is available in two versions:
NGX-1-USB: Equipped with a USB cable that enables a plug-and-play connection with a PC.
NGX-1-ISO: Equipped with an open cable that enables the connection to an NMEA 0183 device or a serial port / DB-9.
CHARACTERISTICS

- The USB version is completely isolated to avoid dangerous mass loops
- The ISO version has an opto-insulated input and an ISO-Drive ™ output for a secure connection with RS232 or RS422
- Data transfer rate of up to 230,400 baud
- Extended configuration with ActiSense Toolkit enables the setting of TX/RX lists and TX rates
- Supports Fast Heading at 10Hz
- Several diagnostic LEDs
