GPSR Information

The new ACE battery charger is the start of the completely redesigned model generation. The new models stand for state-of-the-art switching power supply technology in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. As a result, the self-heating of the devices has been minimized and the cooling requirement reduced.

All devices up to an output current of 40A at 12V and 20A at 24V operate fanlessly and therefore largely noiselessly, which represents a major gain in comfort, especially when operating at night at night. A major advantage over other chargers is that the full charging power is available up to an ambient temperature of 60°C. This means that full power is available at all times, even in the Mediterranean environment.

The devices are optimized for wall mounting in terms of moisture protection and cooling, which is the preferred mounting method on board. All connections are designed to be pluggable and facilitate installation even in poorly accessible locations.

The charging characteristic can be selected on the device from 7 different characteristics using internal DIP switches. A winter storage mode and a power supply mode are also available. An additional refresh function can be activated for battery maintenance.
An output charging current distributor integrated in the device enables the connection of up to 3 battery groups.
A power and a two-color charge status display show the device status, an integrated color display is optionally available, from ACE 12/60 standard equipment.
Connection option for a remote display. P-BUS interface from ACE 12/40, retrofitting for ACE 12/25 possible.
Connection for a Temp-BT temperature sensor (included in the scope of delivery).
Can be used worldwide due to input voltage range 110-230V

Battery charger 12V with 3 outputs, continuous total charging current 25A, for battery capacities from 120 - 250 Ah. Fanless convection cooling up to +55°C ambient temperature without power reduction. All electrical connections are pluggable.
Delivery incl. mains cable 1m, temperature sensor 2.8m and DC connector.
