We deliver within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, France, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Monaco, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Sweden.

* Up to a maximum total shipment weight of 30 kg – from 30 kg onwards the order is shipped by freight forwarder / up to a maximum weight per individual item of: 30 kg in DE and AT and 29 kg for destinations outside DE and AT. Free parcel shipping within Germany for orders with a goods value from 250 € and above.
** Import VAT and customs duties in the recipient country are charged to the recipient by the freight forwarder and are not included in the shipping costs.
*** Shipping up to 450 kg – for each additional 450 kg weight threshold, further country-specific shipping costs will be charged.
**** For orders with a goods value of 1,000 € or more, an export accompanying document is required, therefore additional shipping costs of 45 € apply.
For shipping to Malta, Iceland, Ireland, Cyprus or other countries not listed here, please contact us directly.
Please note that costs for a second delivery attempt for freight forwarder shipments will not be covered by us. Likewise, freight forwarding costs plus return transport will be charged in case of refusal of acceptance.

Please note that no deliveries take place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In that case the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
