Specially for use on boats
VETUS batteries are designed with varying seasonal requirements in mind. During the winter months, the battery is usually not in use, which is why the batteries have minimal self-discharge and you can rely on the engine starting again next season. We recommend using a charger with maintenance charging during winter storage.
During a boating season, the battery must also meet various requirements. It must be able to handle both small but constant loads as well as short and heavy loads, for example when using a bow thruster.

• Pressure relief valve to allow gases generated during use or charging to escape.
• Built on the basis of lead-calcium plates, which reduce water consumption
