The paint is easy to process and very productive.

Consumption: An average of 20 m² per liter and layer. The surface must be finely sanded, clean, dry, dust and fat-free. Processing temperature not below 12 ° C. Dilute the first layer with 5 % "Le Tonkinois" dilution; Dilute 5 - 10 % for spray applications. Please use natural bristle or natural hair brush to support the good course of the paint and achieve a very smooth paint surface. We recommend a high -quality short -floral roller for larger areas. Consider a drying time of min. 24 hours between the coatings.

Surface dry after approx. 6 h, covered after approx. 24 h, fully resilient: after about 7 days.

For the best surface results, more smoothness and adhere to the layers, carry out an intermediate grinding with 180 grit. At least 4 lacquer layers are recommended for good weather protection. For long -lasting protection such as booting, we recommend up to 8 layers of vernis “Le Tonkinois”. The gloss degree can be set by the addition of “Le Tonkinois” gelomat in the last two applied layers.

Tool cleaning: Immediately after use with “Le Tonkinois” dilution.

Intights: Bind agents based on linseed oil, tung oil and natural resins. Limit value for this product (Kat a/e): 400 g/l 2010. This product contains max. 400 g/l voc. Saliva and welding law according to DIN EN ISO 105-A03. Checked according to DIN EN 71-3: 2019-08 suitable for children's toys.
