With the new Winde RC10, Maxwell continues to follow the successful path that had been taken with the fully automatic rope/chain anchor winds of the Freedom, Liberty and HRC series.
The brand new, fully automatic Winden series RC10 is designed in such a way that it can easily drain and obtain short-tied chains in size 10 mm (3/8 ”), as well as ropes with 3 or 8 strands and a diameter of 16 mm (5/8 ”).
Available as a smooth flat building version or as a “max-grip” winch drum version in order to meet the user's individual needs.
The simple installation in two components saves time and money and enables easy retrofitting without having to take the winds apart. The new construction of the deck implementation allows the installation with almost every cover and enables a variety of assembly positions. The self -increasing gearbox housing enables optimal attachment of the engine and transmission in almost any installation situation.
Full dismantling option of the upper part with the supplied handle, a screwdriver and a hexagon stipper. No special tool is required.
The RC10 is very permanently manufactured from chrome -plated ship bronze. The stable stainless steel pressure arm is constructed in combination with the excellent rope/chain chain nut in such a way that it has the transition from chain to rope efficiently. This helps the RC10 to an otherwise unmatched level of performance.
In combination with a longer, solid, large cable diameter and the pre -tensioned stainless steel spring, the pressure low always exerts the maximum control pressure (maintenance -free brass bearing).
But even with pure chain systems, the RC10 works in an equally effective way. It is therefore also suitable for users who prefer a flat -built winch with an elegant design on the forecover.
Very large anchor clays ensure that the anchor cable or the anchor chain easily gets into the anchor housing.
The conus clutch/brake mechanism allows a manual “free fall” anchor.
The encapsulated oil bathroom and the gearbox made of hard-nodized ship alloy in connection with the precision snail gear are a solid drive mechanism.
