Description

The PCB-ETFE 200W solar panel from Offgridtec sets new standards with high-quality materials such as Teflon derivatives at the front, fiberglass at the rear, and 5-busbar technology. It is semi-flexible and ideal for 24V systems with an operating voltage above 30.8V.
12V systems require MPPT charge controllers capable of handling higher module voltages. These and other quality features make the PCB-ETFE 200W from Offgridtec a universally applicable, high-end product that's just as at home on boats as it is on vehicle roofs or other surfaces, and
combines stability, maximum reliability, and performance like no other.
This is an improved version of our 200W 39V module. This new version offers a lower operating voltage while increasing the maximum current and short-circuit current, indicating increased efficiency and performance of the module.

ETFE high-tech plastic on the front
The front of the solar panel is covered with a high-tech plastic layer based on ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer ETFE – a Teflon derivative (PTFE) – and offers excellent protection against harmful environmental influences and is also suitable for use in saltwater. ETFE is lighter and more translucent than other plastic solutions on the market.

Extremely stable fiberglass (PCB) backing plate. The fiberglass (PCB) backing plate makes the module significantly more stable than conventional panels with TPT backing. This design offers the following advantages:
- prevents blistering, which can occur in TPT modules due to incorrect bonding
- tolerates higher temperatures compared to the TPT structure
- reduces the risk of cell breakage due to accidental overbending of the panel by the user

This product is the result of accumulated experience from thousands of installations in every conceivable application area.
