Combined with a large wire diameter designed for heavy loads and a pre-installed stainless steel spring, the pressure arm always applies maximum control pressure.
The RC8 also works equally well with all-chain anchor rodes for those who want an elegantly designed low-profile anchor windlass on the foredeck.
A huge through-deck hawse pipe ensures easy entry/exit of rope/chain into and out of the anchor locker.

The unique spacer tube design allows installation through almost any deck thickness, and the various configurations and self-aligning gearbox ensure optimum positioning of the gearbox and motor in almost all installation situations.
Complete handle disassembly capability for use of the above-deck units, a screwdriver and an Allen key are included.

The ingeniously designed rope/chain gypsy is capable of handling a wide range of chain pitch variations within the specified chain size diameters suitable for use with the RC8 series.
