Adaptive 7-stable loading algorithm

The 12/30 (1) Blue Smart charger is characterized by its microprocessor-controlled, "adaptive" battery management. “Adaptive” means that the loading process is automatically adjusted to the type of battery use.

Storage mode: Less maintenance and aging in the resting state of the battery

The storage mode is always activated if no discharge has been carried out within 24 hours. The loading tension is then reduced to 2.2V/cell (13.2V for a 12V battery) in order to minimize the gas development and thus prevent corrosion on the positive plates. Once a week, the voltage is increased to the level of the gas voltage. This achieves a kind of compensation charge that prevents the electrolystal layering and sulfating - the two main reasons for premature battery failure.

The MIDI-FUSE fuse holder of Victron Energy (MPN CIP000050001) with a lid is used to secure DC MIDI-Fuse patrol fuses. The housing offers solid protection of the fuse. Midi-Fuse fuses include the patrol fuses and are screwed to the holder. Corresponding nuts and sprinkling rings are already pre -assembled on the holder.
