Description
The VOTRONIC Switch Units work on the basis of a bistable power relay. Your own consumption is extremely low. They are particularly suitable as a remote-controlled main switch or as a load relay that is to remain switched on for a long time. The current carrying capacity is 40 or 100 A.
The switch units can be remotely controlled using a simple switch (1-pin ON / OFF).
In addition, consumers can also be switched on or off manually at the relay using an EMERGENCY ON function (EMERGENCY switch).
The area of application extends from mobile homes, boats to emergency vehicles:
- Easy control via simple ON/OFF switch
- High switching currents, short-term high overload capacity
- Can be used as a main battery switch with a simple ON/OFF switch (remote controllable)
- Externally visible switching status display
- Electronic delay prevents too quick a reaction, e.g. B. Voltage dips, switching on heavy consumers
- Suitable for continuous operation (very low self-consumption / compliant with EN13976).
- no internal power consumption when switched off via an external switch (remote control)
- Automatic shutdown in the event of undervoltage 8.5 V (minimum operating voltage of the switch unit)
